A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the comprehensive design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of various façade and architectural elements. This encompasses 20,543 m² of unitized curtain wall with 150mm mullions, including aluminum spandrel panels, and 533 m² of stick curtain wall with various mullions. The project also involves the installation of 932 m² of balcony lift & slide doors (148 units), 710 m² of 1-hour fire-rated glazing, and 79 m² of glass balustrades at the roof car park. Additional elements include 772 m² of stainless steel railings, 844 m² of aluminum louvers for tower mechanical floors, 4,436 m² for the car park, and 171 m² of acoustic louvers. The façade also features 228 m² of aluminum mashrabiya/pergola, 4,481 m² of aluminum cladding (3mm SDF coated), and a significant 52,689 m² of aluminum precast-look cladding (3mm PVDF, folded).
