A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards

Scope of work: The project includes comprehensive design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of façade and architectural elements. Key components include the installation of approximately 10,166 m² of unitized curtain wall with operable panels, aluminum panels, and louvers; 937 m² of stick curtain wall featuring swing doors, aluminum panels, and louvers; 245 m² of aluminum louvers; and 1,928 m² of aluminum wall cladding with hollow metal doors. Additionally, the scope encompasses 159 m² of aluminum soffit cladding, 262 m² of aluminum coping, 214 linear meters of glass balustrades, and 21 m² of canopies, excluding main steel structures, gutters, and decking.

626 Newark Ave is a striking 27-story mixed-use tower that enriches the Journal Square skyline. Spanning 400,000 sq. ft., the development includes 576 rental residences, from studios to three-bedroom suites, alongside ground-floor retail and ~9,900 sq. ft. of office space on the second and third floors.
