Brief insights
about the project

Unitised Curtain Wall System

The hotel tower features a unitised curtain wall system with uniquely designed panels measuring 4.6m x 3.5m, enhanced by an ‘Eyebrow’ stainless steel cladding. The exterior is finished with a directional linen pattern and a champagne gold finish for an elegant, modern look.

Recessed Units

Recessed units are clad with black aluminium solid sheets, forming a continuous façade that accentuates the projection of the structure. Integrated façade lighting is included, with cabling passing through the façade back pans for connection to the main MEP systems.

Hotel Lobby and Ground Floor

The hotel lobby and ground floor feature distinct champagne anodized finish frames, including a 3m x 6m revolving gate frame, adding a unique touch to the entrance area.

Unitised System with Stack Joint

The office tower employs a unitised curtain wall system with stack joints at ceiling level, supported by kicker brackets hidden behind the ceiling and anchored at the underside of the concrete slabs for enhanced structural integrity.

Top Hung Windows & Hardware

The office tower includes top-hung windows (1.5m x 4.2m, 300Kg) attached with custom hardware and locking points. Stainless steel vertical feature elements are incorporated, with large glass panels measuring 4.5m x 4.2m to enhance the building’s transparency and aesthetics.

Shipping Arrangements

Special oversized units were shipped using open container arrangements to accommodate the unique design elements and dimensions of the office tower’s glazing system.
