A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of a comprehensive façade and architectural package on a lump sum basis, according to the tender drawings and specifications. This involves the installation of approximately 28,488 m² of unitized curtain wall with top-hung operable panels and sliding doors, 29,025 m² of stick curtain wall with hinged and sliding balcony doors, and 6,411 m² of point-fixed glazing, including structural steel works. Additionally, the project includes 741 m² of aluminium doors and windows, 2,940 m² of aluminium louvers, 1,674 m² of glass partitions, and 1,650 m² of lobby/atrium roof cover with a steel support structure. Aluminium cladding (5,706 m²), including 4mm aluminium composite cladding, 3mm solid panels, and 6mm perforated panels, will also be installed. Glass balustrades with stainless steel handrails (6,404 m²), aluminium (160 linear meters) and stainless steel (317 linear meters) railings, and 3,143 m² of canopies with steel structures clad in composite and perforated panels are also included.
