Scope of work: Includes the design, supply, manufacture, and installation of the façade, roofing, doors, canopy, skylights, and related elements. This encompasses 16,400 sqm of stick system curtain walling, 39,906 sqm of aluminium glass stick curtain wall, 1,145 sqm of aluminium folding and sliding doors, 1,145 sqm of aluminium glass canopy, 7,358 sqm of steel profiles with glass skylights, 6,767 sqm of standing seam roofing, 15,350 sqm of aluminium cladding, 7,050 sqm of aluminium trellis, and 4,967 sqm of aluminium louvers.

Architectural Atrium Feature

Reflective Aluminium Panel Facade

The towers are clad with silver aluminium panels designed to dynamically reflect sunlight as it moves throughout the day, enhancing the building’s visual impact.

Complex Cladding Challenges

Al Abbar Group successfully addressed the significant technical challenges involved in cladding the uniquely shaped slender triangular towers.
