Downtown Views II offers breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, and the iconic Dubai skyline. Standing as one of the most luxurious and prestigious towers in the Dubai Mall expansion precinct, this 55-storey building boasts a distinctive architectural design. Its prime location in the heart of the city ensures it remains a highly visible and sought-after landmark.

BIM Integration with Fabrication Process

The fabrication process for Downtown Views II was integrated with BIM LOD 500 models to ensure high-quality façade production and precise coordination, minimizing errors and rework.

Optimized Facade Design

The façade design was optimized for cost-efficiency without compromising quality, delivering a durable and energy-efficient system while meeting aesthetic and functional requirements.

Unitised System

Al Abbar provided a unitised system with recessed aluminium composite elements, featuring units up to W=3.5m x H=4.5m. The system includes fire stop and smoke barriers, installed by certified specialists in compliance with UAE Fire and Life Safety codes.

BIM Design Coordination

Our in-house BIM team developed the design in Revit for the towers and podium, coordinating closely with the main contractor and other trades for accurate installation.

BIM LOD 500 Model

A BIM LOD 500 model was created for Downtown Views II and used for the as-built submission, providing an accurate final representation of the structure for future maintenance.
