A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the design, supply, and installation of an extensive façade and architectural package. This comprises approximately 49,229 m² of stick curtain wall system, 355 m² of curtain wall with steel framing, and 165 m² of skylights. The project also features 58,939 m² of ACP cladding, 778 m² of aluminium performance louvers, 847 m² of decorative louvers, 353 m² of canopies, and 1,270 m² of bird mesh. Additional works include 129 m² of fire-rated curtain wall, 7,667 linear meters of glass balustrades, and 18 m² of balcony partitions.
Cavalli Casa Tower, a 70-storey luxury residential high-rise by DAMAC, is located in Dubai’s prestigious Al Sufouh district.
