Technical details

Brief insights
about the project

Crown Geometry

The oval-shaped tower is enclosed by 120–124 segmented panels per floor, gradually reducing at upper levels to form the distinctive architectural crown.

Flute Illumination

Aluminium flute features were enhanced with integrated light fixtures placed at varied heights, adding vertical emphasis and nighttime visual impact.

Weaving Feature

The complex weaving flute system, featuring double-arc curves crossing 2–3 units, was site-installed as individual assemblies on mechanical transition floors.

Custom Mullions

Each curtain wall panel was fabricated using three different mullion profiles to accommodate non-repetitive angles and the tower’s curved geometry.

Wind Optimization

Stiffeners and glass bite dimensions were optimized in high-pressure areas to ensure structural integrity under varying wind load conditions.

Soffit Assembly

Large balcony soffit claddings were installed as single units using reduced-weight steel frames and ACP, allowing faster and safer on-site handling.
