The building will offer 392 rental apartments, 9,110 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail space, and over 5,000 sq. ft. of office space. A multi-level garage with over 300 parking spaces will be integrated within the structure, hidden from view to maintain the building’s sleek aesthetic. The building’s corner will be rounded, creating a welcoming public plaza that seamlessly connects to the lobby and retail areas, and provides easy access to the nearby Hudson Bergen Light Rail station. Offering breathtaking views, 88 Regent is designed to enhance its surroundings, providing a modern, iconic identity for Liberty Harbor North and becoming the neighborhood’s most desirable address.
