A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the design, engineering, supply, and installation of an extensive façade and architectural package covering approximately 129,993 m². This includes 58,831 m² of stick curtain wall system, 10,699 m² of ACP cladded fins with steel framing, 813 m² of ACP wall cladding, and 24,285 m² of ACP balcony soffit cladding. Additional works comprise 3,550 m² of ACP cladded canopies, 1,956 m² of spire ACP cladding, 1,298 m² of ACP coping, 21,823 m² of balcony glass balustrades with fascia cladding or glass, 3,022 m² of balcony glass partitions, 1,080 m² of spider-fitted glass balustrades on podium and selected floors, 2,309 m² of aluminium louvers, 292 m² of fire-rated windows and partitions, and 35 m² of non-fire rated internal partitions.
Located in Dubai’s Al Safouh district, the Arenco Twin Towers feature two high-rise residential towers with two common basements, a ground floor, six podium levels, recreation floors, and 37 floors plus roof. Designed to embody luxury and sophistication, the towers offer premium apartments and office spaces with panoramic views. With a total façade scope approaching 130,000 m², the project establishes itself as an architectural landmark and a benchmark for high-end urban living.
