A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the installation of a variety of sophisticated façade systems. This includes approximately 4,098 m² of stick curtain wall with 180mm mullions, featuring swing doors, operable panels, and aluminum infills, and 7,572 m² of stick curtain wall with 230mm mullions, equipped with hinged, swing, and lift-slide doors, operable panels, and aluminum infills. Additionally, the project involves the installation of a GFRC steel back structure (approx. 1,250 m²), glass fins (approx. 955 m²), and frameless curtain walls with glass fins (approx. 110 m²), complete with swing doors and operable panels. Glass doors and windows (approx. 10 m²), skylights (approx. 55 m²), and aluminum louvers (495 m²) are also included, with 457 m² being acoustic and 38 m² standard. The installation of aluminum composite cladding (27 m²), glass balustrades (1,535 linear meters), and various canopies, including glass canopies with aluminum trellis (7 m²) and aluminum pergolas (27 m²), rounds out the scope of work.
