Scope of work: Includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and installation of comprehensive façade systems. This includes approximately 40,167 m² of unitized curtain wall with operable windows, 26,984 m² of stick curtain wall with sliding and hinged doors, 1,214 linear meters of aluminium fins, 6,255 m² of aluminium louvers, 79,122 m² of aluminium cladding and perforated sheet cladding, 2,426 m² of canopies, 11,407 linear meters of glass balustrades, 74 m² of frameless glass, and 177 m² of skylights.
The Palm Jumeirah Gateway Towers, also known as Palm Beach Towers 3, is a landmark mixed-use development comprising three high-rise towers – Tubular Tower (60 storeys), Central Tower (48 storeys), and Beach Tower (49 storeys) – set above a shared podium.
