Scope of work: Includes the design, supply, manufacture, and installation of 18,500 sqm of unitised curtain wall glazing for the hotel tower and 22,600 sqm for the office tower, enhancing the buildings’ aesthetics, energy efficiency, and functionality.
Ireo Hospitality City is located east of Gurgaon, on the outskirts of New Delhi. The development features a 30-story office tower with sky gardens and terraces, housing the Ireo headquarters. To the south, the 397-room Grand Hyatt Hotel is accessed through a 17-meter-high atrium, offering expansive views of the surrounding landscape, combining modern architecture with green spaces for both business and leisure.

Unitised Curtain Wall System
The hotel tower features a unitised curtain wall system with uniquely designed panels measuring 4.6m x 3.5m, enhanced by an ‘Eyebrow’ stainless steel cladding. The exterior is finished with a directional linen pattern and a champagne gold finish for an elegant, modern look.
Top Hung Windows & Hardware
The office tower includes top-hung windows (1.5m x 4.2m, 300Kg) attached with custom hardware and locking points. Stainless steel vertical feature elements are incorporated, with large glass panels measuring 4.5m x 4.2m to enhance the building’s transparency and aesthetics.
