Scope of work: The project scope includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of various façade elements such as unitized curtain walls with snow and ice retention clips, stick curtain walls, skylights, and aluminum wall cladding. It also covers aluminum coping, fire-rated steel curtain walls, glass balustrades, bronze cladding, and the back structure for terracotta wall cladding and canopies, ensuring a comprehensive façade solution.
Al Abbar Group got priviledge to deliver the design, engineering, and supply of aluminium and glazing materials for the external envelope of 520 Fifth Avenue – a landmark project set to redefine the Midtown Manhattan skyline.
Located just steps from Bryant Park, this soaring residential tower is poised to become the first skyscraper on Fifth Avenue to exceed 75 floors.
