Scope of work: The complete design, supply, and execution of advanced aluminum and glazing systems that define the building’s striking exterior. This includes approximately 66,050 m² of unitized curtain wall systems integrated with operable panels, aluminum panels, and louvers, alongside 1,582 m² of stick curtain wall systems incorporating swing doors and additional aluminum elements. Complementing these are skylights spanning 167 m², aluminum cladding of 265 m², soffits of 360 m², and coping measuring nearly 969 m². The package is further enhanced with glass balustrades covering 112 linear meters and architecturally refined canopies totaling 32 m². Each element is engineered for precision, durability, and aesthetics, reinforcing the project’s high-performance façade identity.
