A groundbreaking architecture project setting new global standards
Scope of work: Includes the design, supply, and installation of various skylight systems across Riyadh Avenue Mall, with associated insulated roof and wall panels, decorative louvers, and structural elements. Along with the additional components – Structural Steel: 1,127 metric tons of steel provides stability and support for the building’s design; Lifeline / Fall Arrest System: 1,532 linear meters ensure safety during construction and maintenance.
Located in the heart of Riyadh at the intersection of King Salman and King Fahad Roads, The Avenues – Riyadh is set to become the largest commercial mall in the Middle East, with a built-up area of 390,000 m² and GLA of 370,000 m². The development will feature luxury hotels, residences, offices, and parking for over 14,000 vehicles.
The skylight works form a key architectural element of the project, enhancing natural lighting and contributing to a vibrant, energy-efficient environment. Integrating Salmani architecture with modern and sustainable design, the Riyadh Avenue Mall Skylights reflect the project’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Type S03 (Prestige)
Type S03 incorporates 4,364 m² of glazed skylight and 6,146 m² of insulated roof and wall panels. The combination of natural light and insulation ensures an energy-efficient environment with aesthetic appeal.
Type S05 (Mall Atrium)
With 4,152 m² of glazed skylight, 4,070 m² of insulated roof and wall panels, and 1,555 m² of decorative louvers, Type S05’s Mall Atrium design offers visual appeal & high performance.
Type S06 (Mall)
Type S06 features 2,700 m² of glazed skylight and 5,008 m² of insulated roof and wall panels, providing a well-lit and thermally efficient mall environment that ensures an optimal shopping experience.
Type S07 (Mall)
Including 1,570 m² of glazed skylight, 902 m² of clerestory windows, and 4,453 m² of insulated roof and wall panels, Type S07 enhances natural lighting and ventilation, while maintaining energy efficiency.
Type S08 (Mall)
Type S08 has 585 m² of clerestory windows and 3,439 m² of insulated roof and wall panels, optimizing light penetration and insulation for a bright and comfortable atmosphere.
Type S15A & S15B (The Souk)
The Souk design offers 1,019 m² of glazed skylight and 968 m² of insulated roof and wall panels, delivering a blend of natural light and insulation for a pleasant and efficient shopping environment.
