Technical details

Brief insights about the project

Intelligent Building Design

Incorporates environmentally responsive architecture with buffer spaces between external and air-conditioned areas to minimise solar heat gain.

High Performance Glazing

Uses premium solar glass with a low shading coefficient to reduce internal air temperature and enhance energy efficiency.

Shading Through Balconies

Features balconies on sloping elevations with extended overhangs that provide effective natural shading.

Thermal Insulation Enhancement

Opaque fabric elements are designed with advanced thermal insulation to improve overall building performance.

Environmental Buffer Zones

Strategic spatial buffers help moderate temperature fluctuations and reduce reliance on mechanical cooling systems.

Sustainable Facade Strategy

Combines glazing, shading devices, and insulation to deliver a façade that balances aesthetics with environmental control.
